Coriander Seed (Dhaniya)

A spice, which has a characteristic aroma and texture, for which it is being used individually as well as base for many spice mixes and seasonings. Grown prominently in Rajasthan, MP and Gujarat. Cumin Seed (Jeera)

Fennel Seed (Saunf)

Fenugreek Seed (Methi)

A bitter taste spice used in seasonings and many Ayurvedic medicinal recipes. Grown in Rajasthan, Gujarat and MP prominently and being consumed pan India as well as has little export importance too. Flax Seed (Alsi)

Nigella Seed (Kalonji)

Nigella seed is a black, drop-shaped seed that is traditionally used as a spice in Indian, Middle Eastern and North African cuisines, where its aromatic flavor and crunch make it particularly useful in bread and pastries. It is also used in curries, soups and stews.

Dill Seed (Suva)

Dill is annual herbaceous crop having leaves with pleasant smell and warm taste and yellow attractive flowers. They are used in soups, salads, sausage and pickling. India and Pakistan are major dill seed producing countries. In India major dill seeds cultivating states are Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Assam and West Bengal.
